New-generation superplasticising / high-performance water-reducing admixtures engineered with graphene technology on a modified acrylic base, specially formulated for precast concrete requiring high performance and high early strength, excellent workability even at low water/cement ratios and outstanding surface finishes.
Powerful water-reducing and superplasticising action.
Improves the finish and texture of the concrete surface.
Increases both early and final concrete strength.
Excellent rheological behaviour, with low viscosity, reduced stickiness and improved workability.
Excellent cohesion.
Good consistency retention.
As a sole admixture, 0.5–1.5 % by weight of cement, depending on the type of materials and the concrete to be produced.
Add with the last portion of the mixing water. Never before the water, i.e. never onto dry cement and aggregates.
In bulk by tanker, in 1050 kg containers, 210 kg drums and 25 kg cans.
Up to 12 months in its original, hermetically sealed packaging, in a cool, dry place above 5 °C.
Compatible with the accelerator range. Check compatibility between admixtures before use.
Contaminated equipment and tools can be cleaned with water, preferably hot.
We work with you to determine the optimum dosage for your precast plant and verify compatibility between admixtures.
