Introduction

These general conditions govern the purchase of products on this website. They may only be modified by the express written acceptance of THE COMPANY. We recommend reviewing them periodically, as they may be updated.

Customers

The company exclusively serves professionals in the industrial sector, both in Spain and internationally.

Data security

Orders are placed in a secure environment using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Data are treated confidentially in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Prices

Prices do not include VAT or shipping costs, which are calculated during the checkout process. The customer knows the total amount before placing the order. Price changes do not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent.

Payment methods

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through the Stripe payment gateway.
• Order request without online payment for shipments outside mainland Spain (transport quote to be confirmed).

Placing orders

Once the order has been placed, THE COMPANY sends an email confirming the details of the purchase. For any queries about the status of your order, contact info@graphenano.com.

Cancellation or modification

Cancellations and modifications requested before shipment are accepted by email to info@graphenano.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed if the order is in the final stage of preparation.

Delivery time and place

• 5 to 7 working days for orders within Spain.
• 9 working days for orders within Europe.
• 30 days maximum for other countries.

Delivery under Incoterm DAP. We do not ship to PO boxes or military bases. If 15 days pass without delivery for reasons not attributable to THE COMPANY, the contract will be deemed terminated, with a refund within a maximum of 14 days.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are not accepted except for product defects or errors attributable to THE COMPANY, notified within 30 working days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted up to 30 working days if the product is in its original condition, packaging and labelling, has been stored correctly and includes a copy of the delivery note and the request form.

Warranty

Products are delivered free of hidden defects, with the warranty in force at any given time. Damage caused by improper storage, transport, handling or use is excluded. For warranty periods by country, contact your sales representative.

Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Yecla (Murcia, Spain).

Language

This English version is provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
